PitstopX Jewellery - Learn Jewellery Making
PitstopX Jewellery - Learn to make your own jewellery in London UK
Learn Jewellery Making...

I am not currently running timetabled classes, instead offering the following more flexible options that can be arranged to suit you.

Tuition for individuals and small groups is held at my home in central London and is designed for people of all abilities to learn jewellery making skills and to inspire new creativity. I also offer jewellery making parties for larger groups or children, as well as working with community groups, museums, childrens centres and any other organisations looking for a fun new activity.

Whether you would like to learn the basics of making bead jewellery from stringing a necklace to making your own bead earrings or rings, or you are interested in Kumihimo (Japanese Braiding), Knotting, Braiding, Pearl Knotting, Stitched Beadwork, Repairing and Recycling your old jewellery, or working with Silver Clay, I will create a session just for you.

See also the Jewellery Making Techniques page for more information about the different topics i teach.

*** I also teach occasionally at the LONDON JEWELLERY SCHOOL in Hatton Garden and at IndiviJEWEListic bead shop in Enfield ***

Jewellery Making Parties

Cupcakes & Crystals…

2 hour Daytime Party
£25 per head, minimum 7 people, max 15

Have a great time at a Central London venue and make your own beautiful jewellery. If you’ve ever wondered how the jewellery you wear is made and want to have a go yourself, or if you’ve made jewellery before, you can select from a variety of themes, to suit different experience levels and interests.

Price includes soft drinks and cupcakes for everyone, an easy to get to London venue, quality beads and materials to make your own jewellery, a gift bag for your finished jewels (if you decide not to wear them straight away) and instruction sheets to take away so that you can make more jewels at home.

Young Crystals…

1 / 1.5 hour Party for ages 7 - 15
£135 for a group of up to 8, additional girls are charged at £12 each, maximum 15 students

If you’ve been wondering what to do for your daughter’s birthday, or would like to fill some time in the school holidays, I’m sure she and her friends would be thrilled to have a jewellery making party.

I will bring everything you all need to make beautiful beaded jewellery, including quality beads, crystals, charms as well as any tools and other equipment for the girls to use. Projects can be tailored to suit your girls interests, as well as different age groups from 7 – 15.

These parties are held at your own home or venue and a parent or guardian must be present at all times. All you need is a room large enough for the group and ideally something like a dining table large enough for them each to sit and work.
